Why do a lot of folks get caught up on what the current owner paid, or how much a wholesaler is going to make on the deal? WHO CARES!!!
Are you going to make money or not? That should be your only concern! Of course you should try to negotiate the best price and terms, but if the previous owner is going make $1 Million dollars, and you are going to make $200,000 after you rehab and sell…then great for that owner and great for you! If you don’t want to buy it, then don’t.
Keep your eye on your money, your systems, and your business plan. Forget about everything else. Keep your head down and work hard. Good things will happen!
